Owing to the bespoke nature of custom furniture manufactured by Organicsrglowax, custom-made pieces cannot be returned or refunded once production has commenced. We collaborate closely with clients during the design phase to guarantee satisfaction prior to manufacturing commencement.
For standard furniture products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Should you receive a defective item from Organicsrglowax, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for inspection and either repair, replace, or provide a full refund at our discretion.
Restoration services are non-refundable once work has commenced. We provide comprehensive consultations and estimates prior to commencing any restoration project to ensure client satisfaction.
Refunds, when applicable, shall be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method utilised for the purchase.
